1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Miru Renderer, including the website, user accounts, rendering features, saved configuration, optional paid plans, one-time digital purchases and support flows.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Refund Policy.

By creating an account, uploading files, starting a render, making a purchase or otherwise using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Miru Renderer.

2. Service operator

Miru Renderer is operated from Ecuador under the Miru Renderer brand. Miru Renderer provides and supports the product.

Questions about these terms or formal operator details for a valid legal, billing or privacy request can be sent to eie@miru.uno.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Miru Renderer is not directed to children or minors. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account, purchase paid access or use paid features.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your account and for keeping your login methods secure. Do not impersonate others, use misleading account information or share account access insecurely.

Miru Renderer may require a valid email address for purchases, billing communications, gift delivery, account recovery or sensitive account changes.

4. Service description

Miru Renderer is software-as-a-service that automatically processes user-submitted rendering jobs. It renders user-provided or authorized osu!mania replay and rendering materials into video outputs.

The service may include accounts, guest rendering, saved presets, skins, render history, private watch pages, temporary access to rendered outputs, authorized automated render nodes and optional paid plans.

Miru Renderer is not a marketplace, does not sell third-party products, does not provide human rendering, consulting, design, marketing or manual editing services, and does not allow non-Miru sellers to sell products or services through the platform.

Miru Renderer is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with osu! or ppy Pty Ltd.

5. Plans and feature limits

Miru Renderer may offer a free plan and paid access. The current Miru Plus plan is $4.99 per month, unless a different price is shown in checkout before purchase.

Miru Plus is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current paid period.

Plan limits may affect queue priority, render retention, available resolutions, visual options, storage, file size, preset behavior, custom HUD features and access to advanced rendering tools.

Miru Renderer may update plans or limits prospectively when the service, infrastructure or commercial model changes.

6. Rendering infrastructure

Render jobs may be processed on Miru-operated machines and on authorized automated render nodes connected to the service.

To render a job, the assigned infrastructure may receive the replay file, user-selected rendering materials, HUD configuration, HUD assets, render configuration, temporary processing access and the rendered output video.

Authorized automated render nodes are required to process assigned jobs only. They are restricted from retaining, reusing, accessing beyond job requirements, publishing, selling, disclosing or redistributing user files, and may access only temporary job data required to complete the automated render workflow.

7. User files and permissions

You may only upload or process replay files, rendering configuration, HUD assets, images, GIFs, audio, video, logos, fonts or other materials when you own them, created them, have permission, or are otherwise legally authorized to use them.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions or authorizations needed to upload, process and use those materials with Miru Renderer. You are solely responsible for your files and for any claim arising from them.

Miru Renderer may store, copy, process, transmit and transform those materials as needed to provide the upload, rendering, support, security, output-access and playback functions of the service.

Miru Renderer does not sell, license, sublicense or claim ownership over osu!, ppy, third-party game assets, audio, visual materials, skins, third-party logos, third-party fonts or user-uploaded assets. Miru Renderer only provides automated rendering software.

8. Render outputs and access

Render outputs are intended to remain private to the account or guest flow that created them. Miru Renderer does not promise any permanent public hosting or public distribution route through the service.

Temporary access to rendered outputs may depend on authentication, session state, signed links, storage state and infrastructure availability. Access links may expire or be revoked.

You remain responsible for any copy you export or share outside Miru Renderer.

9. HUD editor assets and fonts

If you use the HUD editor or Plus composer, you may create overlay projects, upload custom images or GIFs, select curated fonts, save presets and prepare previews or rendered outputs from those materials.

You represent that you have all rights needed for images, GIFs, skins, logos, artwork, designs and other assets you upload or place into a render. Do not upload or render assets that are unlawful, infringing, counterfeit, deceptive, privacy-invasive or outside the scope of products permitted by our payment providers.

The curated HUD fonts are provided under their own open-source font licenses. Paid access may unlock use of the font catalog inside Miru Renderer, but Miru Renderer does not sell the font files themselves or grant exclusive rights in those fonts. See the Third-Party Notices for font names, licenses and source links.

10. Payments, subscriptions and billing

Payments, checkout, receipts, tax handling, refunds, disputes and subscription-management tools may be provided by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for eligible transactions. Miru Renderer provides and supports the product; Polar handles buyer-facing checkout and transaction support.

The price, currency, tax treatment, renewal frequency, cancellation method and product details shown in checkout control the transaction. If a plan is recurring, it renews automatically until canceled through the available online billing tools.

Buyer-facing checkout terms from Polar may also apply to the transaction.

11. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

You may cancel a recurring plan using the billing tools made available for your purchase. Unless a refund, fraud review, dispute outcome or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, applicable law and, where relevant, the buyer-facing payment terms presented at checkout or in your receipt.

If a paid subscription benefit becomes unavailable for reasons primarily within Miru Renderer's control and cannot be restored within a reasonable time, Miru Renderer may extend access, restore the benefit, or coordinate a prorated refund through Polar where appropriate.

If a refund, chargeback or payment reversal is approved for a purchase that granted paid access, Miru Renderer may remove the related access, revoke the associated gift or cancel the related entitlement.

12. Acceptable use

You may use Miru Renderer only for lawful rendering-related purposes and in a way that respects intellectual property rights, privacy rights, payment-provider requirements and the security of the service.

  • Do not upload or use files without sufficient authorization.
  • Do not upload copyrighted audio, artwork, visual assets, logos, fonts or other materials without permission.
  • Do not use Miru Renderer to sell, resell or distribute third-party content or customer data.
  • Do not use Miru Renderer as a marketplace or to enable non-Miru sellers to sell products or services.
  • Do not upload malware, exploit payloads, corrupted files or harmful code.
  • Do not use personal data of another person without permission.
  • Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, adult or high-risk content.
  • Do not probe, attack, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass security controls or access limits.
  • Do not engage in fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse or deceptive conduct.

Miru Renderer may investigate, limit, suspend or close access when it detects abuse, fraud, legal risk, payment risk, security risk or conduct that could harm the service, its users, its operators or third parties.

13. No cheating, hacks or circumvention

Miru Renderer does not provide cheats, hacks, macros, gameplay automation, ranking manipulation, score submission, account boosting, bypass tools, paywall evasion, unauthorized data access or unauthorized modifications that alter gameplay or provide an unfair advantage.

The service is intended only to create visual render outputs from user-provided or authorized replay and rendering materials. It does not modify live gameplay or interact with official score submission systems.

14. Intellectual property

Miru Renderer, its software, design, visual identity, documentation and proprietary components are protected by intellectual property rights. Unless expressly authorized, you may not copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the service or its proprietary components.

Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Using Miru Renderer does not grant you new rights in replays, game materials, skins, audio, branding, fonts or other third-party content.

Open-source fonts and other third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and notices. You may use text rendered with the curated HUD fonts in outputs created through the service, but you may not extract, resell, relicense or redistribute font software except as allowed by the applicable font license.

15. Availability and changes

Miru Renderer depends on its own systems, uploaded files and external services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, constant performance or compatibility with all files, user-selected rendering materials, configurations or temporary links.

We may change features, plans, limits, integrations, technical requirements or infrastructure when reasonably necessary.

16. Support and response times

Product support for Miru Renderer is provided by Miru Renderer. Transactional support for eligible Polar purchases may be handled by Polar.

Miru Renderer will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to Polar-related refund, dispute and product-support requests within 48 hours.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Miru Renderer is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation or suitability for every specific use case.

Rendering outcomes may vary based on the files, metadata, settings and external resources involved.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miru Renderer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Where the law allows liability to be limited, Miru Renderer's aggregate liability to a user will not exceed the amount actually paid by that user to Miru Renderer during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

19. Termination

You may stop using Miru Renderer at any time. Miru Renderer may suspend or terminate access, temporarily or permanently, if you breach these terms or if there is a technical, legal, operational, payment or security risk.

Account deletion or access loss does not automatically cancel active paid plans, create a refund or erase records that Miru Renderer or its payment providers must retain for compliance, accounting or fraud prevention purposes.

20. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Before starting formal action, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct contact using the email listed in these terms.

21. Changes to these terms

Miru Renderer may update these terms when the service, the payment flow, legal requirements or operating conditions change. The current version is the one published on this page with its update date.

Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
