1. Introduction and acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Miru Renderer, including the website, user accounts, rendering features, saved configuration and optional paid plans.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and, when relevant, the Refund Policy.

By creating an account, uploading files, starting a render or using any part of the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Miru Renderer.

2. Service provider identity

Miru Renderer is a service operated by Ricardo Misael Silva Lara from Ecuador under the Miru Renderer brand.

If you have questions about these terms, you can write to eie@miru.uno.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Miru Renderer. If you are a minor in your country, you need authorization from your legal representative.

You are responsible for the information associated with your account and for the security of your access methods. Do not use someone else's identity, impersonate third parties or share access in an unsafe way.

4. Service description

Miru Renderer is a web platform that converts and renders osu!mania replays into video. The service may include accounts, temporary storage, saved settings, presets, skins, downloadable renders and optional paid plans.

Some features may change, be limited, be removed or be available only in certain plans or product stages. Render availability, downloads, streaming or watch pages may be temporary and may depend on service status, infrastructure and signed links that expire.

A link stopping working does not by itself mean the underlying file was deleted at that same moment. If you share a valid link, another person may use it while it remains active.

Miru Renderer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with osu! or ppy Pty Ltd.

5. User files and content

You may upload or use files and materials such as replays, beatmaps, skins, presets, settings or other resources related to the service.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions or authorizations needed to use, upload and process any file or content you send to Miru Renderer. You are solely responsible for that content and for any claim arising from it.

To operate the service, Miru Renderer may store, technically copy, transform, process and serve those files within the normal flow of rendering, downloading, streaming, support and operational control.

Do not upload illegal, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, deceptive or harmful content that could affect the security, stability or reputation of the service. Miru Renderer may reject, remove or limit access to content that creates a technical, legal or operational risk.

6. Subscriptions, payments and Paddle

Miru Renderer may offer free plans and optional paid plans. If you purchase a subscription, payment processing, part of billing and some purchase flows may be handled through Paddle or related services.

The price, currency, renewal frequency, applicable taxes and conditions shown in the Paddle checkout are part of your purchase. If the subscription is recurring, charges may renew automatically as indicated in that checkout, unless canceled or unless the law says otherwise.

Miru Renderer may also offer gift codes or promotional access for a fixed period. A gift code does not by itself create a recurring subscription or automatic renewal. If a user redeems a gift on an account with an active period, the gift benefit may apply to that period, but the gift still does not create automatic renewal.

If the user later purchases a separate paid subscription, that subscription will be governed by the conditions shown in its own checkout.

Miru Renderer may change its prices or plans in the future. Those changes do not apply retroactively to periods already paid for, unless the law or the payment processor requires otherwise.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the options available from the payment provider or through management tools Miru Renderer makes available to you. Unless the checkout or the law says otherwise, cancellation will apply at the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds are limited. In general, they will be considered only in cases of duplicate charge, serious technical failure directly attributable to the service or when applicable law requires a refund. We do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind after material use of the subscription.

Unless the law requires otherwise, gift codes that have already been redeemed, consumed or materially used are not refundable only because of a change of mind.

8. Intellectual property

Miru Renderer, its software, design, visual identity, documentation and proprietary components are protected by intellectual property rights. Unless expressly authorized, you may not copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the service or its proprietary components.

Rights over third-party materials, including resources linked to osu! or other authors, belong to their respective owners. Using the service does not grant you rights over those materials beyond the rights you already legally have.

9. Prohibited use and enforcement

You may not use Miru Renderer to:

  • infringe third-party rights or upload content without sufficient authorization;
  • abuse automation or try to bypass limits, controls or technical measures;
  • interfere with the stability, security or availability of the service;
  • distribute malware, manipulated files or fraudulent traffic;
  • carry out illegal or deceptive activity or harm other users.

Miru Renderer may investigate, limit, suspend or close accounts and access when it detects breaches, abuse, fraud, technical risk or legal risk.

10. Availability, changes and service suspension

Miru Renderer depends in part on its own infrastructure, user files and third-party services. For that reason, we do not guarantee continuous availability, consistent performance or compatibility with every file, map, setting or temporary link generated by the service.

The service may change, pause features, enter maintenance, modify technical requirements or temporarily suspend operations when reasonably necessary. We also do not guarantee indefinite retention of files, renders or access URLs.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Miru Renderer is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, fully secure or suitable for every particular use.

Render results may depend on files uploaded by the user, third-party resources, inconsistent metadata, technical limits and external changes outside Miru Renderer's control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Miru Renderer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

This includes, among other cases, temporary unavailability, temporary file loss, failures caused by user files, third-party errors, changes in external resources or problems in third-party infrastructure.

Where the law allows liability to be limited, Miru Renderer's total liability to a user will not exceed the amount actually paid by that user to Miru Renderer during the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using Miru Renderer at any time. Miru Renderer may suspend or terminate your access, temporarily or permanently, if you breach these terms or if there is a technical, legal or security risk.

Termination does not automatically remove pending obligations, including accrued payments, and does not affect clauses that by their nature should remain in force, such as intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Before starting formal action, the parties will try to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct contact using the email stated in these terms. If no reasonable solution is reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent authorities or courts of Ecuador.

15. Changes to these terms

Miru Renderer may update these terms when the service changes, payment flows change, legal requirements change or operating conditions change. The current version will be the one published on this page with its update date.

Continued use of the service after significant changes are published will mean acceptance of the updated version, unless the law requires another form of notice or consent.
