1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains in which cases Miru Renderer may review and approve the return of a payment related to digital features of the service.

This policy should be read together with the Terms and Conditions. If the law gives the consumer a more favorable right, that legal right prevails.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers payments for Miru Plus digital subscriptions and for gifts or gift codes related to Miru Renderer.

Miru Renderer does not sell physical goods, so this policy does not govern returns of physical items.

3. Miru Plus subscriptions

If you purchase Miru Plus, payment and subscription management may be processed through Paddle or related services.

Canceling a recurring subscription prevents future charges as stated in the checkout or in the payment provider's portal. Cancellation does not by itself refund the period that already started, and it does not automatically reverse benefits already enabled or used on the account.

4. Gifts and gift codes

Miru Renderer may offer gifts or gift codes that grant temporary access to paid features. A gift does not by itself create automatic renewal.

If a code has already been redeemed or materially used, it will not be refundable for a simple change of mind unless applicable law requires otherwise or there is a clear error attributable to the service or the charge.

5. Cases where a refund may be granted

Miru Renderer maintains a limited refund policy. In general, we will review and may approve a refund only when there is:

  • a duplicate charge;
  • a serious technical failure directly attributable to Miru Renderer;
  • a legal obligation that requires the payment to be returned.

6. Cases where there will be no refund

Unless the law requires otherwise, we do not offer automatic refunds for:

  • a change of mind;
  • material use of the subscription;
  • general dissatisfaction without a verifiable service failure;
  • failures caused by user-uploaded files, inconsistent metadata or external resources outside Miru Renderer's reasonable control;
  • the normal expiration of temporary download or streaming links after their validity period ends;
  • gifts already redeemed, consumed or materially used.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription through the tools available from the payment provider or through options Miru Renderer enables inside the service.

Canceling prevents future renewals when applicable, but it does not guarantee a prorated refund for the period already paid for. If the plan was purchased through Paddle, part of the cancellation flow or later management may depend on its checkout or portal.

8. How to request a review

If you believe your case fits this policy, write to eie@miru.uno.

To review the request, we will normally need at least:

  • the email associated with the account or payment;
  • the approximate charge date;
  • the payment reference or proof, if you have it;
  • a short explanation of the problem.

9. Refund timing and method

If Miru Renderer approves a refund, it will try to process it through the original payment method when possible.

Final timing may depend on the payment processor, the bank or the method used by the user. For that reason, we do not promise an exact settlement date.

10. Changes to this policy

Miru Renderer may update this Refund Policy if its products change, if the payment flow changes, if gifts change or if applicable legal obligations change.

The current version will be the one published on this page with its update date.
