1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Miru Renderer, including the website, user accounts, rendering features, saved configuration, optional paid plans and one-time digital purchases.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Refund Policy.

By creating an account, uploading files, starting a render, making a purchase or otherwise using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Miru Renderer.

2. Service operator

Miru Renderer is a service operated from Ecuador under the Miru Renderer brand.

Questions about these terms can be sent to eie@miru.uno.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Miru Renderer. If your local law requires a higher age or parental authorization, you must satisfy that requirement before using the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your account and for keeping your login methods secure. Do not impersonate others, use misleading account information or share account access insecurely.

Miru Renderer may require a valid email address for purchases, billing communications, gift delivery, account recovery or sensitive account changes.

4. Service description

Miru Renderer is a web platform for rendering user-provided osu!mania replay files into gameplay videos. The service may include accounts, guest rendering, saved presets, skins, render history, private watch pages, downloadable renders, contributor render workers and optional paid plans.

Features may change over time and may depend on your plan, account state, infrastructure availability, temporary signed links and technical compatibility with the files you provide.

Miru Renderer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with osu! or ppy Pty Ltd.

5. Plans and feature limits

Miru Renderer may apply limits based on plan, guest status, anti-abuse controls and available infrastructure. These limits may affect queue priority, render retention, available resolutions, visual options, storage, file size, preset behavior and access to advanced features.

The price, billing interval, feature set and limitations shown on the pricing page, checkout or related product screen are part of the purchase flow. Miru Renderer may update plans or limits prospectively when the service, infrastructure or commercial model changes.

6. Rendering infrastructure

Render jobs may be processed on Miru-operated machines and on authorized contributor render workers connected to the service.

To render a job, the assigned infrastructure may receive the replay, beatmap or mapset, selected skin, render configuration, temporary processing access and the rendered output video.

Contributor workers must process only assigned jobs and must not copy, keep, disclose or reuse user files except as required to complete the render workflow.

7. User files and permissions

You may upload or use files and materials such as replays, beatmaps, skins, presets, configurations and related resources.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions or authorizations needed to upload, process and use those materials with Miru Renderer. You are solely responsible for your files and for any claim arising from them.

Miru Renderer may store, copy, process, transmit and transform those materials as needed to provide the upload, rendering, support, security, download and playback functions of the service.

8. Render outputs and access

Render outputs are intended to remain private to the account or guest flow that created them. Miru Renderer does not promise any permanent public hosting or public distribution route through the service.

Watch, stream and download access may depend on authentication, session state, signed links, storage state and infrastructure availability. Access links may expire or be revoked.

You remain responsible for any copy you download, export or share outside Miru Renderer.

9. Payments, subscriptions and billing

Miru Renderer may offer free plans, paid subscriptions and one-time digital purchases such as gifts or access upgrades.

If you make a purchase, checkout, payment processing, tax handling, receipts, billing information and some subscription-management tools may be provided by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions.

The price, currency, tax treatment, renewal frequency and product details shown in checkout control the transaction. If a plan is recurring, it may renew automatically until canceled through the available billing tools.

Depending on the billing flow, your bank statement may show a descriptor beginning with LEMSQZY*. Buyer-facing checkout terms from Lemon Squeezy may also apply to the transaction.

10. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

You may cancel a recurring plan using the billing tools made available for your purchase. Unless a refund, fraud review, dispute outcome or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, applicable law and, where relevant, the buyer-facing payment terms presented at checkout or in your receipt.

If a refund, chargeback or payment reversal is approved for a purchase that granted paid access, Miru Renderer may remove the related access, revoke the associated gift or cancel the related entitlement.

11. Acceptable use

You may use Miru Renderer only for lawful rendering-related purposes and in a way that respects intellectual property rights, privacy rights, payment-provider requirements and the security of the service.

  • upload or use files without sufficient authorization;
  • upload malware, exploit payloads, corrupted files or harmful code;
  • probe, attack, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass security controls or access limits;
  • abuse automation, fake usage, payment flows or anti-abuse systems;
  • use worker access to inspect, copy, alter or interfere with another user's jobs or files;
  • resell, transfer or misuse paid access, gifts, worker tokens or account benefits;
  • engage in fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse or deceptive conduct;
  • upload content that is unlawful, exploitative, privacy-invasive or otherwise harmful.

Miru Renderer may investigate, limit, suspend or close access when it detects abuse, fraud, legal risk, payment risk, security risk or conduct that could harm the service, its users, its contributors or third parties.

12. Intellectual property

Miru Renderer, its software, design, visual identity, documentation and proprietary components are protected by intellectual property rights. Unless expressly authorized, you may not copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the service or its proprietary components.

Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Using Miru Renderer does not grant you new rights in replays, maps, skins, music, branding or other third-party content.

13. Availability and changes

Miru Renderer depends on its own systems, uploaded files and external services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, constant performance or compatibility with all files, maps, skins, configurations or temporary links.

We may change features, plans, limits, integrations, technical requirements or infrastructure when reasonably necessary.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Miru Renderer is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation or suitability for every specific use case.

Rendering outcomes may vary based on the files, metadata, settings and external resources involved in a job.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miru Renderer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Where the law allows liability to be limited, Miru Renderer's aggregate liability to a user will not exceed the amount actually paid by that user to Miru Renderer during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Termination

You may stop using Miru Renderer at any time. Miru Renderer may suspend or terminate access, temporarily or permanently, if you breach these terms or if there is a technical, legal, operational or security risk.

Account deletion or access loss does not automatically cancel active paid plans, create a refund or erase records that Miru Renderer or its payment providers must retain for compliance, accounting or fraud prevention purposes.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Before starting formal action, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct contact using the email listed in these terms.

18. Changes to these terms

Miru Renderer may update these terms when the service, the payment flow, legal requirements or operating conditions change. The current version is the one published on this page with its update date.

Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms and Conditions can be sent to eie@miru.uno.
